Once your email has been migrated to the new Smartermail server, you will need to make a slight change to your Outlook account settings to ensure your email continues to run properly.
Tip:Please ensure you have logged in to your webmail at least once prior to following these directions to ensure your email address and password are working, and your password does not require changes. You may log into your webmail by visiting your domain's webmail page, or by visiting http://mail.tntsupport.net
Step 1. In Outlook 2010 and newer versions, click on the File tab in the menu at the top of the screen. Click on Info and then click Account Settings… from the drop-down menu. (see illustration)
In Outlook 2007 and older versions, click on Tools in your file menu at the top of the screen, then click on Account Settings… (see illustration)
Step 2. Under the Account Settings menu, select the email account you need to reconfigure, and click Change… (see illustration)
Step 3. Under Server Information, both the Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server (SMTP) should be changed from your old settings to mail.tntsupport.net to ensure proper mail function. Click Test Account Settings… to ensure Outlook is able to send and receive under your new account. Click Next to complete this process. (see illustration)
Press the Next button to finish.
